Kids Winter Wonderland takes place in Maison de la Poste in Tour & Taxis.
Easily accessible by train via the North Station.
A FREE Shuttle bus will take you to the location. There is also plenty of parking on site.

Tickets
You can log in via your Account on our website. There you can download all previously ordered tickets again. If you have forgotten your password, you can simply request a new one.

No, think of nature We can scan the unique barcode from your smartphone at the access control.
Purchased tickets for Kids Winter Wonderland are not exchangeable, so they will not be refunded. If the government forces us to close due to a pandemic, all tickets will either be rescheduled to a next opening date or will be refunded.

You can unload the card – if not everything has been used up – from 8 January 2024 to 8 February 2024 via this LINK. For applications happened after Feb. 8, no refund can be guaranteed.

However, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to request a refund for your payment card. We would like to inform you that refund requests for Kids Winter Wonderland can be submitted from January 8, 2024 to February 8, 2024.
To request your refund, we kindly ask you to do the following:
Fill in the refund form available on our website, www.kidswinterwonderland.be. Make sure you fill in all the required information, such as your name, contact details, bank account number and card number.
After receiving your refund request, we will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that it may take some time for the amount to be refunded to your account.
We strive to provide a smooth and efficient refund process, but should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@kidswinterwonderland.be or via our contact page. No refunds can be guaranteed for applications happened after Feb. 8.

Even though we are very big animal lovers, pets are not allowed in the building. For hygienic and safety reasons, only certified guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed.
