Purchased tickets for Kids Winter Wonderland are not exchangeable, so they will not be refunded. If the government forces us to close due to a pandemic, all tickets will either be rescheduled to a next opening date or will be refunded.

In the Kids Winter Wonderland we work with a cashless payment system. With these payment cards you can easily pay for drinks and eateries. This payment card can be obtained free of charge on site. You can also easily load money at the charging terminals.
Unloading the card – if not all is used up – can be done from Jan. 9, 2024 through Feb. 8, 2024 via this LINK. For applications happened after Feb. 8, no refund can be guaranteed.

However, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to request a refund for your payment card. We would like to inform you that refund requests for Kids Winter Wonderland can be submitted from Jan. 9, 2024 through Feb. 8, 2024.
To request your refund, we kindly ask you to do the following:
Fill in the refund form available on our website, www.kidswinterwonderland.be. Make sure you fill in all the required information, such as your name, contact details, bank account number and card number.
After receiving your refund request, we will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that it may take some time for the amount to be refunded to your account.
We strive to provide a smooth and efficient refund process, but should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@kidswinterwonderland.be or via our contact page. No refunds can be guaranteed for applications happened after Feb. 8.
